Mo’Lola is a Nigerian – Canadian Gospel artist, singer, songwriter, financial advisor, and child educator. She is currently the rave of the moment in gospel with her soulful and inspiring songs.

Mo’Lola’s Early Life
Mo’Lola’s full name is Omolola Rosemary Ajegbomogun. She was born on 3rd August 1979 in Ile Ife, Osun State. She was born into the family of Dr. Olajide Olaniyan, an Electrical Engineer who specialized in communications and digital systems, and her mother Florence Amoke Odetola, a former Deputy Registrar of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.
Mo’Lola’s Education
She had her elementary education at the Staff School of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, from there she moved on to attend high school at Moremi High School, Ile Ife, and then her tertiary education at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University popularly known as OAU. She graduated in 2001 and obtained a B.Sc in Economics from the University.
Right after her graduation, she worked as a banker in Nigeria and rose through the ranks in the banking industry. She continued her banking career when she relocated to Canada where she became a licensed member of the Canadian Securities Institute. She is currently working on her CFA designation.

Mo’Lola is happily married to Olabanjo Ajegbomogun, a chemical engineer and together they are blessed with 3 children.
Mo’Lola’s Musical Journey
Mo’Lola’s upbringing in a Christian household meant that songs of praise and worship were an integral part of daily life. Her musical journey was inspired by her late mother, a devout Christian who found solace in worship and prayer. During these sacred moments of devotion, her mother would spontaneously compose songs, matching each line of prayer with a melody. This was the genesis of Mo’Lola’s own ability to compose songs through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Mo’Lola has been active in the music ministry since her teenage years. She joined the Healing Streams Choir of Daystar Christian Center Nigeria under the tutelage of K Sticks a well-known Maestro in Nigeria.
On Getting to Canada, she continued her service to God by becoming an active choir member of the Grace Levites of RCCG House of David Calgary. She is also one of the founding members of Goldmark Chorale now known as Gracefilled in Calgary Alberta, which is under the leadership of Gospel Minister Deedee Berepiki.
By the grace of God, she has graced the stage with popular Gospel artists like Alvin Slaughter, Lara George, Tope Alabi, Samsong, Ada Jesus, Eben, Pastor Kingsley Ike, and others.
Mo’Lola has composed and written several songs including, Kabiyesi, Orin Halleluyah, The Claim, and Fire Bomba.
